The College Board is now excising
each obscure vocabulary word.
At 58, I’m left surmising
that verbosity’s become absurd.

All those nights with O.E.D.
The list of new words in each new book
I thought they'd help me get degreed
were mere folly I mistook

for highest learning, heaven sent
a polysyllabic pulchritude
my bon mots served to complement
my thoughts as if beatitude.

Those school boy exercises now are relics
I should have indulged in more psychodelics.

Republicans do love the Poor,
But Voter ID has allure,
Obama? Dictator!
But far too weak, later,
Besides ain't he really a Moor?

And Ryan, Ayn Rand acolyte,
Who never gets anything right,
For vouchers and grants
Has ants in his pants,
His budget proposals? A blight!

The Oligarch's a special breed
No rational laws need he heed,
Ready to deny
Any facts that apply,
On maimed Mother Nature he'll feed.

He does seek anonymity,
On spending cash politic'lly,
Entitlements gall him,
Min Wages appall him,
What pleases him? Voter ID!

The fact John Cornyn will be back
Offers no consolation
A right right winger and a hack
A blight upon the Nation.

If Texas did choose to secede
T'would be a total blessing,
Abe Lincoln would not have agreed,
I'd love it I'm confessing.

Obama, Repub punching bag,
On blaming him they'll never lag,
Dictator but weak,
Passed O Care, what cheek!
Each disaster wears Obama's tag!

two megabytes are all we've got
we'd love to have a drone aloft
and play the hi tech game
put DSL to shame
a blessing for the rural croft.

On this case I do prophesy
Scalia, the corporate guy,
Hobby Lobby will back
And to take up the slack
His other four men will comply.

the world is round the lady said
the action be it brawn or bed
attracts a female core
then why not hire some more
with power to say what's in their head?

When the snow is white,

Brings squeals of delight,

But once it's black,

Bad humor comes back.

Americans can see what they want to see, What is profitable for them to see.
But this is not a democracy. This is some kind of
dictatorship, soft dictatorship.
Russian correctly say - USA can do all that they need, for others
countries it is forbidden.
USA now as a world dictator, did you understand it?
Why other countries have to do live by your laws, and not
on its own? Why ?
Russia does not tell you every time for example that you should
do all the time . But you do not listen to anyone...

Yes, this government does not last, I agree.
But it would be nice if the U.S. would be left alone
Ukraine with "democracy." Benefits would be more
Ukraine ...

Penmanship.
Dear old landlady
Or spinster Aunt,

Your ship has sailed.

Birds of a feather.

Pity they're not jailed together.

We go to the movies to escape.
I heard my loving mothers advice, all my life.
Some say nag.
As well intentioned as mothers are.

A movie for me
is freedom to be

No matter how you slice it; remember the line from the song:
This is a mans world
But it would be nothing,nothing
Without a women or a girl.
—Court's adjourned.

We interefere in disputes in far off places unrelated to our
national interest. The only conceivable reason is our propensity
to control the world. We beleive the world needs our approval
for any action to be reasonable. We have made lot of noise
on a few rocks in China sea involving a dispute between
Japan and China. We have raised hue and cry on Russia sending
a few thousand troops to Crimea but we keep silent when
Israel sends its tanks, bull dozers into Gaza or West bank
or Lebanon. Whatever our political leaders think in Washington
we have lost credibility in most of the world due to our
incosistency and unprincipled stance on the issues. Silence
is golden and we should try it occasionally.
