It is a delicate moment for Ukraine and only thoughtful
and balanced actions by its government will steer the
country in the right direction. This problem is compounded
by the pervasive corruption and lack of trust in the political
leaders. Same old politicians recycled into the government
will lack the support from the people.
The other major problem are the oligarchs who have become
wealthy by using corrupt means and would want a govt.

our job creators who need govt on their side. As the
editorial says Russia has interests in Ukraine and any disregard
of the interest by Ukraine or the west in the spirit of triumph
or simply to make Putin look like a loser will backfire.It is not going
to be easy. The reforms will hurt Ukrainians, removal of subsidies
will spike prices and unemployment. They may feel bewildered
and angry vulnerable to the manipulation by the right parties
like Svabodo and Right Sector who also have militias. Wrong move
and there would be turmoil in Ukraine.
