Poem with probability = 0.998605370322Your country 'tis of me,

From your vivid flat screen,
That great thund'ring truth bought

What our plutos have sought,
The Supreme Court has wrought.
Uh-oh, say can you hear
That bombast e'er booming?
From democracy's fall,
Let our oligarchs haul!

A year ago many pundits were writing the obituary
of Euro zone and with it EU itslef. Victoria Nuland
didn't have a polite word for EU.Now the economy
is showing sign of low growth, it is being portrayed
as an attractive club that Ukrainians died to join
and Turkey can't. EU is a big market and Turkey
can trade and should trade in. But it should also
explore close trade relations with BRICs, Indonesia
and other African and Latin American countries.
Turkey will be better off without plethora of rules
and regulations emanating from Brussels and 29
countries trying to make a decision unanimously.
Sometime things that don't happen are a blessing
in disguise. Turkey should concentrate on creating
cohesion after Erdogan, now a destructive leader,
is gone and develop relations with all in an emerging
multi-polar world.

"Sensible" has become the new liberal code word for abridgment.
Let us have 'sensible' limits on free speech.
No one can object to "sensible" gun registration.
We can have "sensible" taxation on churches.
There needs to be "sensible" requirements for political gatherings.
The government should be able to "sensible"ly listen to your cell phone conversation.
Judges should allow "sensible" suspension of the 5th Amendment.
Children's Protective Services should apply "sensible" rules to removing minors from their families.
The progressive income tax a "sensible" tool to redistribute the wealth.
A "sensible" way to insure equal outcomes is affirmative action quotas.
It is "sensible" to punish white Americans for the crimes of their ancestors.
The knock out game is a "sensible" reaction to white privilege by black teenagers.
There is nothing "sensible" about any of these things. Equal treatment by the law, means equal, not "sensible".

The problems seems to stem from the simple fact that we
are taxed and are taxes are spent in ways the government
deems necessary.
The Affordable Care Act is a Tax.
Is it up to the government to decide what constitutes
the elements of Health Care or not ?
What is a person or a company to do when they find
some of the elements of the mandated Health Care
to be morally objectionable ?
We have gone very, very far beyond what the
writers of the Constitution ever imagined.
Would a company be within the Law if it had on its
employment contract: We will not pay for any insurance
costs related to x, y and z. If you do not agree with
that policy, please reconsider working for us.
As for the age of the Justices.
They should all have to retire by age 70.
Be limited to 15 years on the Court.
[Long enough anyone to have the Last Word.]
Federal Judges should have to:
Spend a year as a Police Officer.
Two years as a Public Defender.
Two years as a Prosecutor.
One year working in Prison.
Two years as Lawyer working in small - human scale - cases.
Attend a Public Execution.
Work as an Advocate for the Poor.
So they can actually understand what it is like to
a typical citizen.
